As a Person and a Professional
I am Päivi Ropilo, an Ihminen tavattavissa -terapeutti ITT® and a career guidance professional.
My career has centred around people, working life and international business. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds, life situations and cultures, and to witness both the opportunities that change can bring and the challenges that often accompany it.
My own life has also taught me a great deal. It has included joys, losses, new beginnings and opportunities for growth. Through these experiences, I have come to value genuine presence, listening and the importance of having a safe space where we can pause and reflect on our lives. I believe that life offers opportunities for learning and growth throughout the journey, through joys and successes as well as challenges and setbacks.
In my work, I strive to meet each person with authenticity and respect. I believe that every individual has strengths, resources and possibilities that can become more visible through safe and trusting interaction.

In recent years, I have deepened my expertise particularly in therapeutic work, career guidance and job coaching. I have supported people with work-related concerns, career decisions, employment pathways and a wide range of life situations.

My career of more than thirty years has included roles in export, marketing, international business, coaching and personnel development, both in Finland and internationally.
